 When will my order arrive?

 The products are shipped from the warehouses which work to offer you the best quality at the best price, that is why we eliminate the figure of the intermediary. Therefore, orders can take from 8 to 15 days for SPAIN. For the rest of the world from 14-24 days (keep in mind that we are in a pandemic and this can be an important factor in the arrival of your order) for the items to reach you. However, we expect the shipping trend to be faster. Still, it will be worth the wait.

These shipping times will generally depend on the time taken by customs, which can vary from country to country.

Has my order been shipped yet? 

Orders usually take 1 to 4 business days to process. Once they are processed we will send you a confirmation email, letting you know that your order has been successfully placed. However, if you do not receive an email, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will provide you with all the information you need.

 

I ordered two items or more, why have I only received one?
