REIMBURSEMENT POLICY
Rembursersement policy
Our return policy lasts 20 days from receipt of your order. If 20 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange except if the exchange or refund is required for a wrong of you, in which case we will not be able to help you, as it is correctly specified.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately we will not refund for wrong of you . Please contact us if this is not your case and it is another reason.
No refunds will be made for wrong or smaller sizes.
If your item is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund or replace it. Simply send us photos of the order in question to info@restlux.com
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3 to 10 days late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)We will gladly exchange an item if you are not 100% satisfied, contact us and let us know why you would like us to exchange it. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at info@restluxh.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the donor received the order to be delivered to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the donor and they will learn of your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item unless the item is damaged or the wrong item was shipped to you. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Cancellations
We always make every effort to cancel your order, so please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to do so. However, if your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel your order, but we will always assist you in your situation.
If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes as long as your order has not been shipped. If your order has been shipped, then we will not be able to exchange it, but we will always appreciate a refund if you wish to do so.
